Manufacturing Capability
A dedicated spinning facility in Yizheng, Jiangsu.
Our facility sits on a 16.5 mu site with approximately 13,000 m² of building area, supporting up to 8,000 tonnes of annual yarn capacity. A team of 80 employees, including 15 technical staff educated to college level or above, runs day-to-day production and quality control.

Which yarn counts are available?
Our polyester staple-spun yarn is available in 10/1, 20/1, 30/1, 40/1, 50/1 and 60/1 single yarn, plus two-ply and three-ply versions of counts 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60. Other specifications can be customized.
Can you customize the yarn?
Yes. We support custom specifications for pure polyester yarn. Share your application and technical requirements with us.
